Absolutely! Star Scooper provides dog waste removal all year round. During the winter season, dog waste can still be scooped.
At Star Scooper, the safety of all our clients and their dogs is a top priority. To ensure the safety of your home, each of our staff have passed the background check. After each clean up, all of our equipment including our shoes are also cleaned with a kennel grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. Gate pictures are also taken after we are done cleaning so you are guaranteed that your dogs won’t get out of the yard.
No contracts at all! Your subscription can be started, paused and cancelled at any time. This can be done through your customer portal or by giving us a call.
Dog waste is considered a hazardous material and we ensure it is disposed of properly. We bag the waste using a scented bag and place it in each customer’s black bin or we place it neatly on the side of each customer’s house if the black bin is not accessible.
We love dogs and would love to clean with the dogs around! However, if your dog have shown any sign of aggression, we kindly ask that you leave them inside the house during the cleaning for the safety of our technicians.
No, you don’t necessarily have to be home during the clean. You only need to ensure we have clear access to your yard on the day of service.
Although we try our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee a service day or arrival window to every customer in order to keep our costs low by optimizing our weekly routes, just like how the garbage collection service operates. However, we do send out an approximately 60 minute notification prior to our arrival.
